By practising these regular exerciseThe exercises, which take no more than 15-20 minutes, help to relieve stress, increase energy, improve concentration and maintain a more balanced health. It is important to keep in mind when practising the exercises that what really matters is the intention, the action of stretching, and not the extent of the stretch. Simply holding the posture in which the stretch is felt, breathing deeply, and trying to relax is enough. With practice, a little perseverance and patience, the development and extension of the stretch will come. The diagrams and explanations describe the ideal positions for the exercises. The series of exercises can be performed daily, holding each posture for 30 seconds to one minute. It is recommended, so that all practice is beneficial.

Makko-Ho is an exercise system of Japanese origin developed as a way to rejuvenate the legs, correctly align the hips, the spine, etc.
