Program

Introduction to Shiatsu: General theory of Shiatsu, history of Shiatsu in Japan, the introduction and practice of the posture of the therapist and types of pressure.
Treatment Basic Shiatsu:
– Prone position completely.
– Adjustments to the back. Postural hygiene.
– Supine full. We will emphasize the region of the abdomen to release the diaphragm and improve breathing.
– Stretching, eight movements of the vertebral column and Autoshiatsu to prevent the most common effects caused by the sedentary lifestyle.
– Points reflection to relieve the emotional state. (Stress and anxiety)
