The hip is the central axis of our body, so even the slightest imbalance will negatively affect the rest of the structure. The Hip Alignment Exercises presents a series of exercises that will allow you to achieve alignment of the hip area and consequently structural balance. The diagrams and explanations describe the ideal positions for the exercises. The series of exercises can be performed daily, holding each posture for a minimum of 30 seconds to one minute.
