What is Shiatsu?
Shiatsu is a therapeutic treatment of acupressure of japanese origin, recognized and endorsed by the Ministry of Health in Japan since 1957, and that he considers the body as a whole, that is to say, the emotional state influences the physical state of the person.
Shiatsu regulates the Sympathetic Nervous System and to receive the therapy reduce the levels of cortisol (a hormone that increases as the body's response to stress situations) achieving relax, balance and activate the recovery of the organism.
