It is a therapy created by the Japanese physician Keizo Hashimoto (1897-1993).
Sotai Ho is a therapy of Japanese origin whose purpose is the recovery of the correct structural balance of the body reaching an optimal state of physical health and therefore achieve optimize mental health.
This therapy is based on the concept that the human body is a great dynamic architecture (mobile architecture) whose operation has no flaws when following healthy living standards. The Sotai Ho takes as main elements to achieve an optimal state of health the following factors: the breathing, the feeding, the movement and the thought. The fluidity of structural dynamics is the key to maintaining health. When this fluidity is lost, there may be ambiguous symptoms such as discomfort or deafness that, however slight, can alter the whole of our body architecture. And in many cases, the cause is not determined in the medical consultation.
Some Sotai ho® exercises can be practiced alone (self-Sotai). However, it is necessary to learn them first with professional therapists who explain the essential details for the exercises to be effective, guiding the patients’ body to the specific movements of the Sotai Ho.
Sotai Ho, thanks to its holistic treatment, can have beneficial effects in various discomforts such as:
-
Back, neck and shoulder pain
-
Sciatica
-
Migraines
-
Menstrual pain
-
Sports injuries
-
