Introduction to Shiatsu: General theory of Shiatsu, history of Shiatsu in Japan, introduction and practice of the therapist’s posture and pressure types.
Basic Shiatsu Treatment: – Full prone position. – Back adjustments. Postural hygiene. – Full supine position. We will emphasize the abdomen region to release the diaphragm and improve breathing. – Stretches, eight movements of the spine and Autoshiatsu to prevent the most common effects caused by sedentary lifestyle. – Reflex points to relieve emotional state.
