Recently we received the visit of secondary and high school students to our school (Colegio Altair), They told us that they have no resources or counselling to cope with stress. As a result, they suffer from anxiety attacks, weight gain or eczema on their faces.
Emotional education prevents our young people from suffer from the uncontrollable emotional turmoil of exam time. In addition to:

By teaching this subject at school, we will achieve a balanced society.

The lack of mental health education affects young people in all aspects: it is a vulnerable time, they are subjected to stress especially during exam periods and they have never been taught how to manage it.
Shiatsu is one of the tools that can be taught to students in order to manage peaks of stress: Autoshiatsu with the key points so that they know how to react. They also need to be educated to know their emotions and identify stress, something that sometimes even adults are not able to identify until it is a physical problem.
